This is what I am up against. I got an increased demand for Paramin, which triggered the need for B12, which was only tolerated in small doses prior to this. Ouch!
6/8- The usual pattern. Initial positive reaction to B12, which turned negative overnight. When the shock fades, I will have an insatiable need for it.
I was still in the negative phase this morning. Quit after 2 laps on the track with a time over 6 minutes.
Distance-0.5
Insatiable need kicked in by the afternoon.
6/9- 1 Mile on New Lakeshore in 10:50. Splits were 5:34-5:16. Had to drink a Red Bull this afternoon because I couldn't stay awake at work. Extra B12 would have been a better choice.
Distance-1.0
6/10- 2 miles in 20:17 (10:09 pace). Painful but it was a big improvement over yesterday. Splits were 10:07-10:10. Very over-stimulated but the need for B12 may be starting to diminish. Red Bull again today then I go off. Just hope I don't have major withdrawals.
Distance-2.0
6/11- Collapse. Quit after just a tenth of a mile and have no idea.
6/12- Still looking for answers. Found it. The B12 is still very necessary but it must be taken AFTER the Paramin during the day. What the. ------! If I get the order wrong, I am worthless.
Distance-0.5
6/13- Made the adjustment. 1 Mile in 11:36 with splits of 5:56-5:40. Felt better as the day progressed.
Distance-1.0
6/14- 2 miles on New Lakeshore. Finished in 19:52 (9:56 pace). This route is a bit more rolling than the one I normally do. Splits were 9:55-9:57. Can't say that I am pleased but it was a lot better than yesterday.
Distance-2.0
7 miles on the week
