I have done minimal training this month. Good news is that I have found the solution to the Calcium issue.
I have not done a hair test in almost a decade but I am nearly certain that I have a low Ca/Mg ratio AND a high Na/K. That's a common pattern after solving a major problem such as heavy metal toxicity.
My sudden intolerance to Calcium was NOT an autoimmune reaction. Excellent news. Too much Cal depletes K and worsens the Na/K ratio. Sugar worsens the Ca/Mg ratio.
Fortunately extra Zinc is the ticket. Zinc raises Potassium and thus, allows tolerance to the Cal that I need. It has spiked my adrenals but hopefully, that's a temporary reaction.
